• Enable creators to remove owners during the creation of any objects in SOUL
• Remind administrators about getting knowledge of the maintenance password
• API: Add possibility to create public links

General bugfixes/optimizations

• Safari users running macOS Sierra can upload files to chats again
• Last user cannot longer be removed from objects
• Do not escape html entities in ics

Bugfixes/Optimizations stable/98 only

• Public links didn’t show pdf’s but download got triggered
• Changing the master password didn’t send notification emails to all admins
• Changing the server address didn’t send out  emails to every user
• Old and huge freshclam logs are being removed
• File uploaded in message form via copy & paste had wrong “last modified date”
• A link in the help section got corrected

Bugfixes/Optimizations new Carlas (SOUL on CoreOS) only

• Samba no longer is restarting with every user change
