New: Public links for directories

SOUL 2.6 allows administrators and users to easily share entire file folders with unregistered target users, as it was already possible for individual files.

New: Move topics, task lists, appointments, and file folders into other groups

Inadvertently created an object in the wrong group?

Now all group contents (except the groupchat) can be individually reordered into other groups.

New: Move to-dos to other to-do lists of the same group

Tasks can now be moved to other to-do lists in the same group.

Again possible: multiple selection of files under “Show Chat Attachments”

Also in “Show Chat Attachments” you can now select several files to share, copy, …

Optimized navigation between the main navigation points in the menu

When switching between groups, messages, tasks, etc. on the left in the navigation bar, the most recently used element is highlighted.

API-Changes

All assigned user (subscriptions) can now be displayed for objects
Other_user_id and other_user in private chat have been deprecated and should no longer be used.

Solved problems and optimizations

After duplicating a group, you are directly redirected to the new group
Private to-do lists can be edited again
“Everything read” in the notification stream now reacts faster
Unambiguous error message if network drive cannot be created / renamed due to blank spaces in the name
