Our Carlita box became inaccessible via internet and locally on network via IP. When we plugged in a screen all that we see is a Grub> prompt.
Unplugged external drives, rebooted, and no change.
Any hints/tips to revive our Carlita?
please check in BIOS (F10 or F12 key during startup), how many harddisks and USB devices are seen. Then do a photo of this screen and open a regular ticket and send it to us + some more details regarding your server:
At first glance this looks like issues with the internal boot device. As such also have 2 USB sticks ready (1x 8GB, 1x 4GB).
