Let’s Encrypt bugfix release (stable/94) – 25.08.2016
This update only needs to be applied to Protonet Servers which are available via a customer URL (so NOT via an protonet.info address) and used our letsencrypt-functionality for certificate generation.
Bugfix
Unfortunately we did a mistake regading when we had introduced the Let’s Encrypt integration: The new certificates generated on a monthly base haven’t been activated.
Please apologize for this isue.
In this update SOUL 2.17.1 the issue is fixed.
Changes
We decided to decrease the cylc eof generating new certificates. With SOUL 2.17.1 these are being generated weekly now, each Sunday.
Who doesn’t want to wait until Sunday with getting a new certificate can login to the console and run the letsencrypt command again.
